Her fitness workout: To get into action-gal shape, the already svelte supermodel worked with a trainer 4 or 5 days a week for what she what called “1- to 2-hour torture sessions.” She increased her body strength with stability planks, lunges, and mini band walks. “There was a lot of running around in heels in the film, so it was important to strengthen everything and get my balance right,” she shared in Women’s Health magazine.

His fitness regime: The mega-buck action hero underwent an intensive diet and exercise routine to master his superhero physique. He started prepping his body 6 months prior to shooting, working out 7 days a week, 90 minutes a day—and never did the same workout twice. When he had to bulk up, he would do strength-training. And when he was exhausted from an entire day’s filming, he would do a yoga or Pilates workout, his trainer Bobby Storm has revealed.
The clues: This hot blonde is a whole lot more than a beautiful alum of Dancing With the Stars. Since leaving the reality competition, she’s topped the country charts and sizzled in Footloose.

The clues: She’s the world’s most beautiful woman, according to People magazine, and despite the split with her husband, the multitasking superstar never let heartbreak bring her down. In fact, at 42, the American Idol judge has never looked better.

Her fitness workout: The mother of two credits her toned physique to a portion-controlled diet and grueling strength-training sessions with celebrity workout guru Tracy Anderson. “The thing is, it’s part of my job. I don’t want anyone thinking it’s easy. It does take time and it’s hard work. HDTV widescreen is nobody’s friend,” the hard-working singer says.
The clues: This True Blood star’s physique makes women howl with delight. As the show’s hunky werewolf, the actor has plenty of shirtless scenes, and this 34-year-old takes his body of work seriously.

His weakness? He admits to loving lots of chocolate.

Her fitness workout: The 24-year-old is a big fan of Piloxing, an interval fitness routine that combines Pilates and boxing. “I do it to feel good afterward,” reveals says the star. Yet, the longtime dancer admits her relationship with food wasn’t always healthy. After a few years of bad diets, she’s back on track, adding, “I try to eat what your mother wanted you to eat when you were younger. It’s not like I eat junk all the time, but I (allow myself) mashed potatoes or a cookie,” she told Women’s Health magazine.
The clues: This star goalie became an international superstar during the U.S. Women’s Soccer Team’s run for the World Cup this summer. Her fitness workout: To fit into the iconic skintight jumpsuit and pull off the martial arts moves, she practiced high-intensity workouts and stunt training 5 days a week, plus she did an additional 1 1/2-hour dance class to keep her lean. She joked to Chelsea Handler on Chelsea Lately, “I feel like, ugh, I’m that person. Like, I came to LA, got a bikini wax, went blonde, and love working out.” Sorry guys, her flawless physique is off-limits: Her rep recently confirmed that after 3 years together, she’s now engaged to an actor (who?).
The clues: It was hard not to notice this hard-body actor in 2011. He had five leading roles in a 10-month span, and the 31-year-old flaunted a serious six-pack in the comedy Crazy, Stupid, Love.

I have to let it out in little pieces here and there.” No matter, she still had the guys swooning and made headlines when she accepted Sgt. Scott Moore’s YouTube invitation to the Marine Corps Ball in Greenville, NC, which she attended in November.
